When remodeling or reviving a building, the sum of the parts exceeds the whole.  These projects are inherently more complex than new construction because the characteristics of the existing condition are never 100% ideal.  Logistics, politics, and raw human emotion are just a few of the challenges presented to the project team.  We invite and encourage each stake holder to collaborate and work toward a common goal and mutual success.
